大直径泥水盾构废弃浆渣处置及管理策略研究

摘  要:为了处理泥水盾构施工过程中产生的废弃浆渣,对大直径泥水盾构浆渣特性及处置方法进行总结分析,依托济南济泺路黄河隧道工程,对比分析不同废弃浆渣处理方法的功效。结果表明,絮凝沉淀与带式压滤处理效率最高,板框压滤处理后可直接外运,但对环境有一定影响;针对粉质黏土地层,可考虑优先采用离心及压滤脱水相结合的处理技术。最后,从管理角度提出盾构浆渣处理及再利用的相关建议。In order to dispose of the waste slurry and spoil generated during construction of slurry shield,the proper⁃ties of slurry and spoil from large-diameter slurry shield and its disposal method are analyzed.By using the Yellow River Jiluo Road Tunnel in Jinan as the example,different methods for disposal of waste slurry and spoil are com⁃pared and analyzed.As the results indicate:Flocculent precipitation and belt pressure filtration are the most effi⁃cient disposal methods.The spoil that has experienced plate-frame pressure filtration can be directly transported out,but will impact the environment.For silty clay stratum,it is preferable to use the dewatering process that com⁃bines centrifugal dewatering and pressure filtration dewatering.At the end,the suggestions are offered regarding dis⁃posal and reuse of shield spoil from the perspective of management.
