摘  要:将汽轮机主汽阀至一段抽汽口视为当量配汽级组,建立不同总阀位指令下的当量配汽级组特性曲线,进而实现包含总阀位指令信息的汽轮机配汽端特性的变工况计算。经验证,当量配汽级组简化仿真计算与汽轮机配汽端全面仿真计算结果趋于一致。该方法计算简便,符合试验机组的实际特性,满足工程应用的要求。By taking the section of the turbine from the main stop valve to the first extraction point as an equivalent steam distribution stage,characteristic curves for the stage under various total valve position commands were established,so as to realize the calculation of turbine steam distribution characteristics with the total valve position command information under off-design condition.It has been verified the simplified simulation calculation using the equivalent steam distribution stage closely aligns with the comprehensive simulation calculation of the steam distribution.The method computationally convenient,matches the actual characteristics of the experimental unit,and satisfies the requirements for engineering application.
