摘 要:通过宏观检查、尺寸测量、化学成分分析、力学性能检测及金相组织分析等试验方法,对某电厂350 MW超临界锅炉水冷壁管屏鼓包变形原因进行分析。结果表明:鼓包变形问题与水冷壁现场安装时局部热校过程有关;管屏鼓包变形处尺寸偏差较小,鼓包变形处硬度低于光管与扁钢的焊缝热影响区硬度,无异常组织,鼓包变形处强度略高于未鼓包变形处强度,鼓包变形位置未成为管材的薄弱环节。该管屏因热校导致的鼓包变形现象不影响管屏的正常使用。By means of macroscopic inspection,geometrical dimension measurement,chemical composition analysis,mechanical property testing and metallographic structure analysis,analyses were conducted on the bulge deformation reason of the water wall tube panel of a 350 MW supercritical boiler in a power plant.Results show that,the bugle deformation problem is related to the local thermal recalibration process during the field installation of water wall.The size deviation of tube panel with bulge deformation is small,while the hardness of bulge tube is lower than that in the heat affected zone of bare tube and flat steel.Besides,there is no abnormal metallographic structure in the sampled tube with bugle deformation.Moreover,the strength in bugle deformation position is slightly higher than that in normal position,and the bugle deformation position is not yet a weak link during the use of tube material.There is no significant effect on the normal use of tube panel with bugle deformation caused by thermal recalibration.
