摘 要:针对某超超临界600 MW机组凝结水泵耗电率比同类型机组高的问题,分析前置泵机械密封冲洗水管路压力损失大的原因,结合理论计算,提出了更换机械密封冲洗水调节阀阀芯组件、取消凝结水泵第二级叶轮、优化凝结水泵变频控制策略等措施。运行数据表明:在不增加系统复杂度的基础上,凝结水泵出口压力下降0.24~0.54 MPa,凝结水泵电流下降10~21 A,凝结水泵耗电率由0.2%降至0.15%。To solve the problem that the power consumption rate of the condensate pump in an ultra-supercritical 600 MW unit is higher than that in similar units,analyses were conducted on the reason of the high pressure loss of flushing water pipeline for mechanical seal in the booster pump,and combined with theoretical calculation,following measures were proposed,such as changing the internal component of control valve for mechanical seal flushing water,removing the second stage impeller of the condensate pump,and optimizing the control logic of the frequency conversion of the condensate pump.Practical results show that,without increasing the complexity of this system,the outlet pressure of the condensate pump decreases by 0.24-0.54 MPa,the electric current of the condensate pump decreases by 10-21 A,and the power consumption rate of the condensate pump decreases from 0.2% to 0.15%.
