池式反应器管板腐蚀原因分析及处理

摘　　要：针对池式反应器列管冲刷腐蚀问题,从工艺运行、设备结构进行分析,通过对池式反应器列管管板孔增加衬管并进行胀焊处理,有效避免了管板孔的冲刷腐蚀扩大化。池式反应器经处理后运行至今,系统各工艺指标参数正常。In order to solve the problem of erosion-corrosion of the tubes in the pool reactor,the process operation and equipment structure were analyzed.With adding liner tube by expanding joint,the expansion of the erosion-corrosion of the tubes in the pool reactor was effectively avoided.The reactor has been running normally after treatment,and all process parameters of the system are normal.
