摘 要:黄芪(AR)是一种具有悠久临床应用历史的传统中药,作为药食用于改善和治疗各种疾病,以活脾补气。其主要成分是黄芪多糖(APS)、黄酮类化合物、皂苷类化合物、生物碱等。APS来源于AR的干根,具有改善或治疗不同疾病的巨大潜力。作者综述了APS的提取方法与生物活性的研究进展,总结了几种可以提取该成分的技术,包括微波辅助、酶促、水、超声和回流提取。此外,作者还总结了APS的生物活性,如抗炎、抗氧化、抗肿瘤和抗病毒等,以期为APS的更好开发利用提供理论支持。Astragalus membranaceus(AR)is a traditional Chinese medicine with a long history of clinical application.It is used as medicine to improve and treat various diseases to invigorate the spleen and tonify the qi.Its main components are Astragalus polysaccharides(APS),flavonoids,saponins,alkaloids,etc.APS is an important bioactive component derived from the dried root of AR,which has various pharmacological properties.APS has a great potential to improve or treat different diseases.The aim of this paper is to provide a comprehensive review of the research progress on the extraction methods and biological activities of APS.Several techniques are available to extract this component,among which microwave-assisted,enzymatic,aqueous,ultrasonic and reflux extraction are the most commonly used.This paper also summarizes the biological activities of APS,such as antiinflammatory,antioxidant,antitumor and antiviral activities.It is expected to provide theoretical support for better development and utilization of APS.
