新文创语境下我国档案文化创意服务的现状调查与发展思路——基于我国31个省级档案馆的调查

摘　　要：作为档案资源开发的重要形式,近年来我国档案文化创意服务的开发主体及来源多元统一、类型和形式越发丰富、受众越发广泛、公众参与方式越发多样。然而,调查发现,我国档案文化创意服务仍存在开发观念滞后、开发和运行主体单一、构成主体趋同和消费主体局限等问题。为此,笔者结合新文创的发展背景、时代趋势和创新思维,提出了促进顶层设计专业化、推进开发运行主体社会化、引导服务构成主体多元化、力促消费主体多样化,以此提供档案文化创意服务转型升级、可持续发展和产业化发展的中国思路。As an important form of archival resources development, archival cultural and creative service has developed rapidly in China in recent years. The development subjects and sources are diversified and unified,the types and forms are increasingly richer, the audience is becoming more extensive, and the ways of public participation are growingly diverse. However, the investigation found that there are still several perplexities in China's archival cultural and creative service, such as outdated development concepts, single developers and operators, semblable compositions and limited consumers. Therefore, the author combines the development background, the trend of the times as well as innovative thought of new cultural innovation, and provides a Chinese idea for the transformation, upgrading, sustainable development and industrialization of archival cultural and creative service by promoting the specialization of top-level design, propelling the socialization of developers and operators, leading the pluralization of service compositions, and enhancing the diversification of consumers.
