摘　　要：目的 整合新生儿重症监护室(NICU)早产儿父母居家照护体验与需求的质性研究,为更好地开展护理实践提供依据。方法 系统检索The Cochrane Library、PubMed、Web of Science、CINAHL、Embase、Scopus、中国知网、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、维普数据库。搜索关于NICU早产儿出院后父母真实体验与需求的研究文献,检索时限从建库至2023年2月18日。本研究使用JBI循证卫生保健中心质性研究质量评价标准对纳入文献进行质量评价,并进行meta整合。结果 共纳入11篇研究,质量等级均为B级。提炼出52个研究结果,将相似结果归纳组合形成7个新的类别,并整合为3个结果:(1)早产儿出院后父母积极与消极感并存。(2)早产儿父母居家照护过程中感知到的挑战与困难。(3)早产儿父母希望得到足够的社会支持。结论 出院后早产儿父母居家照护水平有待提升,医院及社区需加强联系与合作,针对早产儿出院制定详细且有针对性的宣教措施,并考虑不同地区的卫生保健环境,实施有针对性的理论及技能培训,以确保早产儿出院后能得到积极有效照护。Objective To review the qualitative research on the real experience and needs of parents of premature infants after discharge from neonatal intensive care unit(NICU),so as to provide a basis for better nursing practice.Methods The Cochrane Library,PubMed,Web of Science,CINAHL,Embase,Scopus,China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wanfang Database,China Biology Medicine Disc,and VIP database were systematically searched.The research literature on the real experience and needs of parents of premature infants after discharge from NICU was searched,and the search time limit was from the establishment of the database to February 18,2023.In this study,the JBI Evidence-Based Health Care Center qualitative research quality evaluation standard was used to evaluate the quality of the included literature,and the meta integration was carried out.Results A total of 11 studies were included,and the quality grade was B.A total of 52 research results were extracted,and similar results were summarized and combined to form 7 new categories,which were integrated into 3 results:(1)Parents of premature infants had both positive and negative feelings after discharge.(2)The perceived challenges and difficulties perceived by parents of premature infants in the process of home care.(3)Parents of premature infants hoped to receive sufficient social support.Conclusions The level of home care for parents of premature infants after discharge needs to be improved.Hospitals and communities need to strengthen contact and cooperation,formulate detailed and targeted education measures for premature infants after discharge,consider the health care environment of different regions,and implement targeted theory and skills training,so as to ensure that premature infants can be actively and effectively supported after discharge.
