摘　　要：针对稀酸泵密封存在弹簧压缩量密封效果差、材料选型不当、静环密封圈及叶轮锁螺母太紧等问题,采取相应措施进行改造和设计,改后稀酸泵的使用寿命延长23%,且维护保养时长平均减少27 min/次。The sealing of the dilute acid pump has the following problems that poor spring compression amount sealing,improper selection of materials,too tight static ring seals and impeller lock nut,and so on,so the corresponding measures were taken for improvement and design,then,the lifetime of dilute acid pump can be prolonged by 23%,and the average maintenance time was decreased by 27 min per one time.
