摘  要:建立了基于智能手机的手持式漫透射水质检测管比色系统。采用可靠的光源和光路设计,利用3D打印技术制作了与手机适配的附件,实现了塑封挤压吸入式水质检测管测定结果的机器准确快速直读。系统可自动对不同检测项目筛选响应值计算数学模型以获取最佳线性关系的工作曲线。在0.00~2.00 mg/L的线性区间,Cr6+溶液浓度与吸光度线性相关,相关系数为0.9998,方法检出限是0.02 mg/L。对六价铬工业污水进行加标回收实验,回收率为90%~100%,满足现场快速监测需要。A colorimetry system for handheld diffused transmission water quality test tube based on smart phone was established.Reliable light source and light path design were adopted.3D printing technology was used to make accessories suitable for mobile phone,which realized accurate and fast direct reading of determination results of plastic sealing extrusion suction water quality test tube.The system can automatically calculate the mathematical model of the response values of different detection items to obtain the best linear curves.In the linear range of 0.00-2.00 mg/L,the linear correlation coefficient of Cr6+was 0.9998,and the detection limit of the method was 0.02 mg/L.The recovery rate of industrial wastewater with hexavalent chromium was 90%-100%,which met the needs of rapid on-site monitoring.
