摘  要:建立了湿法消解-电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱内标法测定灰岩中CaO、MgO、K_(2)O、Na_(2)O。以硝酸、氢氟酸、高氯酸混合酸湿法消解灰岩样品,各元素的分析波长分别为Ca 422.673 nm、Mg 280.270 nm、K 766.490 nm、Na 588.995 nm。以钇为内标元素,灰岩中的CaO、MgO、K_(2)O、Na_(2)O 4种组分质量浓度在一定范围内与对应元素和内标元素谱线强度的比值线性关系良好,线性相关系数均大于0.999,4种组分方法检出限为0.003%~0.030%,测定值的相对标准偏差为0.065%~8.32%(n=6),加标回收率为95.0%~110%,灰岩标准样品测定值与标准值相一致。该方法快捷,可用于大批量灰岩中钙、镁、钾、钠的测定。The determination of CaO,MgO,K_(2)O and Na_(2)O in limestone by wet digestion and inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry with internal standard method was established.The limestone samples were digested with mixed acid of nitric acid,hydrofluoric acid and perchloric acid.The analytical wavelengths of each element were Ca 422.673 nm,Mg 280.270 nm,K 766.490 nm and Na 588.995 nm,respectively.With yttrium as the internal standard element,the four components of CaO,MgO,K_(2)O and Na_(2)O in limestone had a good linear relationship with the ratio of the spectral line intensity of the corresponding element to the internal standard element within a certain range of mass concentration,and the linear correlation coefficient was greater than 0.999.The detection limits of the four component methods were 0.003%-0.030%.The relative standard deviations of the measured values were 0.065%-8.32%(n=6),and the recoveries rate were 95.0%-110%.The measured values of the limestone samples were consistent with the standard values.The method is fast and can be used for the determination of calcium,magnesium,potassium and sodium in large quantities of limestone.
