钢管幕埋深及顶进顺序对地表变形的影响

摘  要:依托合肥市滨湖科学城庐州大道浅埋隧道段工程,利用有限差分软件FLAC 3D对不同埋深及顶进顺序下钢管幕顶进施工过程进行模拟。结合模型计算结果和监测数据分析,总结钢管幕埋深与顶进顺序对地表变形的影响。结果表明,先上后下的顶进方案优于先下后上的方案,上部钢管的存在会减小下部钢管顶进对地表变形的影响;钢管的埋深越大,对于地表变形的影响也越大,下部钢管的顶进会扩大沉降范围和沉降值,上部钢管的顶进会使地表产生小幅隆起;从上至下依次顶进的方案为确定的最优方案,随着钢管顶进数量的不断增加,地表沉降量不断扩大,地表变形曲线从V形向W形转变,表明浅部钢管对地表变形有一定的控制作用。Based on the shallow tunnel section of Luzhou Avenue in Binhu Science City,Hefei,the finite difference software FLAC3D is used to simulate the construction process of steel pipe curtain jacking under different burying depth and jacking sequence.Combined with the calculation results of the model and the analysis of monitoring data,the effects of buried depth and jacking sequence of steel pipe curtain on surface deformation are summarized.The results show that:the jacking scheme of the upper steel pipe is better than that of the lower steel pipe,and the existence of the upper steel pipe will reduce the influence of the lower steel pipe jacking on the surface deformation.The greater the buried depth of the steel pipe,the greater the influence on the surface deformation.The jacking of the lower steel pipe will expand the settlement range and settlement value,and the jacking of the upper steel pipe will cause a small uplift on the surface.The scheme of jacking from top to bottom is the optimal scheme,with the continuous increase of the number of steel pipe jacking,the surface subsidence expands continuously,and the surface deformation curve changes from V-shaped to W-shaped,which shows that the shallow steel pipe has a certain control effect on the surface deformation.
