摘 要:公路工程中,结构物基底承载力不足是现场施工中经常遇到的问题,实际现场生产中往往采用换填法,但换填深度往往依据经验,并没有一个统一且简便的方法去确定换填深度。该文以HPDS路面计算软件为主,将换填材料当成一种路面结构层,以平招高速项目为例,在相同累次当量轴载下,确定出路基顶面回弹模量,先假设某个换填深度,计算出设计弯沉值和容许拉应力是否满足其荷载要求,在与路基荷载工作区计算得到的厚度以及地基承载力特征值法计算得到的厚度,三者相比较,最后得出,采用HPDS程序计算的换填厚度与其他办法在数值上相差不大,为工程实践中提供既快速又简便的方法,为其他项目提供借鉴并可以推广使用。In highway engineering,the insufficient bearing capacity of structure base is a problem often encountered in on-site construction.The replacement method is often used in actual field production,but the replacement depth is often based on experience,and there is not a unified and simple method to determine the replacement depth.In this paper,based on the HPDS pavement calculation software,the replacement material is regarded as a kind of pavement structure layer.Taking the Pingzhao highway project as an example,under the same equivalent axial load,the resilient modulus of the top surface of the roadbed is determined,and a certain replacement depth is assumed to calculate whether the design deflection and allowable tensile stress meet the load requirements,the thickness calculated with the roadbed load working area and the thickness calculated by the eigenvalue method of foundation bearing capacity.Compared with the three,it is concluded that the replacement thickness calculated by HPDS program is not much different from other methods in numerical value,which provides a fast and simple method for engineering practice,provides reference for other projects and can be widely used.
