摘 要:为掌握恩施市城市区域环境噪声污染状况,更好地改善和提高声环境质量。对恩施市区2021-2022年区域环境噪声进行了监测与分析,评价了恩施市区环境噪声现状。在2021恩施市区域噪声点位调整后,通过对2021-2022年来噪声监测数据统计评价和聚类分析,发现较2021年,2022年的区域声环境质量有所减弱。从115个监测点位中选取17个作为区域噪声自动监测点位推荐选址,根据优化后的区域噪声监测点位建设自动监测系统后,可实时掌握区域噪声水平及其变化情况,使得监测效率大幅提高。为此,在今后的噪声监测中,应根据《城市声环境质量监测技术规范》《声环境质量标准》等来规范监测点,并运用多种方法实现功能区噪声监测点位优化布设。To understand the environmental noise pollution in the urban areas of Enshi City,and to better improve and enhance the acoustic environment quality,this paper conducts monitoring and analysis of regional environmental noise in the urban areas of Enshi City from 2021 to 2022 and evaluates the current status of environmental noise in the city.After the adjustment of noise monitoring points in Enshi City in 2021,through the statistical evaluation and cluster analysis of noise monitoring data from 2021 to 2022,it is found that the regional acoustic environment quality in 2022 has weakened compared with that in 2021.Seventeen monitoring points are selected from 115 to recommend as automatic monitoring sites for regional noise.After constructing an automatic monitoring system based on the optimized regional noise monitoring points,real-time monitoring of regional noise levels and their changes can be achieved,significantly improving monitoring efficiency.In future noise monitoring,it is recommended to follow standards such as the Technical Specifications for Urban Acoustic Environment Quality Monitoring and the Acoustic Environment Quality Standards to regulate the setting of monitoring points.Various methods should be applied to optimize the layout of noise monitoring points in functional areas.
