摘　　要：办公空间改造项目涉及的人员繁多,且存在一定的限制条件,以中国昆仑工程沈阳分公司办公楼B区2层改造为例,从设计需求和空间分析入手确定整体规划,并在此基础上对办公用房、走廊、设备用房等开展深入设计,同时结合设计需求及空间分析进行验证,对方案反复推敲并修改优化,为办公空间改造提供新思路。The office space renovation project involves a large num-ber of personnel and has certain limitations.Taking the renovation of second floor in office building B of China Kunlun Contracting&Engineering co.ltd Shenyang Com-pany as an example,the overall plan is determined from the perspective of design requirements and spatial analy-sis.Based on this,in-depth design is carried out for office buildings,corridors,backup rooms,etc.,and combined with design requirements and spatial analysis,the design is repeatedly reviewed,modified,and optimized,Provide new ideas for the renovation of office space.
