摘　　要：国际上采用定量法学研究范式开展研究发轫于20世纪初,已有100多年的历史,该研究范式逐步成为法学学科的重要范式,学术深度与广度逐步拓展。纵观国际定量法学研究的最新动态,在合同法、家庭法、侵权法、犯罪学、司法制度、宪法、法制史、法学教育、法律职业等领域均有广泛涉及。国际定量法学研究表现出如下三大发展趋势:研究趋势呈现科技化、智慧化、未来化,研究主体、研究内容与方法采用逐渐多元化,研究阵地与平台建设呈扩散趋势。当今,国际定量法学研究在世界法学学术界逐渐成了一种主导趋势,对其前沿进展与发展趋势进行考察,能够使我们更好地了解该研究范式的发展逻辑和国际影响。The use of quantitative legal research paradigm in international research originated in the early 20th century,and that research paradigm has gradually become an important branch of the legal discipline.It has gone through more than one century of history,and the academic depth and breadth have gradually improved.Looking at the latest development in international quantitative legal research,it is widely involved in the fields such as contract law,family law,tort law,company law,criminology,judicial system,constitution,legal history,legal education,and legal profession.The international quantitative legal research reflects the following three major development trends:the research trend presents a trend of technology,intelligence,and futurism,the research subjects,research content,and methods are gradually diversified,and the construction of research platforms and platforms is showing a diffusion trend.Today,international quantitative legal research has gradually become a dominant trend in the world legal academic community.Examining its cutting-edge progress and development trends can help us better understand the development logic and international impact of this paradigm.
