疫情期间井下作业公司安全培训工作探索与实践

摘　　要：安全培训作为企业安全管理工作的重要一环,在很大程度上决定了企业能否实现优质高效的可持续发展。但因为新冠疫情防控要求,多地限制线下聚集性活动,给各企业安全培训工作的开展创造了不小的难度,也给企业安全管理工作带来了一定的挑战。如何在疫情期间开展行之有效的安全培训,已成为一个急需解决的难题。以冀东油田井下作业公司安全培训开展情况为例,从企业当前安全培训现状、问题分析及下步对策等方面,阐述疫情期间员工安全培训的有效开展的见解与看法。As an important part of enterprise safety management,safety training determines whether the enterprise can achieve high-quality and efficient sustainable development to a large extent.However,due to the requirements of the COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control,many places have restricted offline gathering activities,which has created great difficulty for the safety training work of enterprises,and also brought some challenges to the safety management work of enterprises.How to carry out effective safety training during the epidemic has become an urgent problem to be solved.Taking the safety training of Jidong Oilfield Downhole Operation Company as an example,this paper analyzes the current status of safety training,problems and countermeasures.It also expounds the opinions and views on the effective implementation of staff safety training during the epidemic.
