摘 要:以某油泥处理厂的油泥为研究对象,以热化学清洗的方式,分别对比了单一化学药剂、复配药剂的洗油效率,对实验温度、油泥与稀释水比例、搅拌时间和搅拌转速等实验条件进行了系统分析。结果表明:单组化学组分中,Na_(2)SiO_(3)·9H_(2)O的洗油效率最高为92.44%;阴离子表面活性剂LAS洗油效率较好,非离子表面活性剂NP-10的洗油效率最高,为92.83%。复配药剂中,Na_(2)SiO_(3)·9H_(2)O∶LAS∶NP-10=6∶3∶1时的清洗剂效率可达96.58%。洗油效率随温度的升高而增大,洗油效率随着液固比例的增加先增加后降低,合理的液固比例在4∶1,最优实验温度为80℃,搅拌时间30min,洗油效率可达96.58%。Taking the oily sludge of certain oily sludge treatment plant as the research object,the oil washing efficiency of single chemical agent and compound agent was compared by means of thermochemical cleaning.And the experimental conditions such as experimental temperature,proportion of oily sludge to prepared water,mixing time and mixing speed were analyzed systematically.The results indicated that the highest washing efficiency of Na_(2)SiO_(3)·9H_(2)O is 92.44%among single chemical components;linear alkylbezene sulfonates(LAS)has better washing efficiency,and non-ionic surfactant NP-10 has the best washing efficiency,which is 92.83%.In the compound agent,the cleaning agent efficiency at Na_(2)SiO_(3)·9H_(2)O:LAS:NP-10=6:3:1 can reach 96.58%.The washing efficiency increases with the increase of temperature;with the increase of liquid-solid ratio,the oil washing efficiency first increases and then decreases.The reasonable liquid-solid ratio is 4:1;the optimal experimental temperature is 80℃,and the stirring time is 30 minutes.The oil washing efficiency can reach 96.58%.
