摘  要:为了提高丙烯酸树脂粘接剂银离子释放量,分析不同条件下的银离子释放机理,制备丙烯酸树脂粘接剂并对释放银离子浓度进行测试。混合丙烯酸粉末和树脂,加入配制浓度的溶液,过滤后填入模具,在恒温干燥箱中进行干燥,获得丙烯酸树脂粘接剂试样并采用去离子水进行溶解,微波消解后,使用等离子体发射光谱仪对试样进行定量分析,以标准溶液的定量分析为依据,计算银离子释放浓度。研究结果表明:粘接剂的银离子释放浓度,随着丙烯酸质量分数、温度、光照、氧浓度的增加而增大,随着pH值的增加而减小。由此可知,应添加多含量丙烯酸到树脂中,选择pH值低的稀释溶液,通过高温处理和氧化处理,提高粘接剂银离子释放量。In order to improve the silver ion release rate of acrylic resin adhesive,the silver ion release mechanism under different conditions was analyzed,and the acrylic resin adhesive was prepared and the silver ion concentration released was tested.Mix acrylic powder and resin,add a constant volume solution of the prepared concentration,filter and fill the mold.Dry in a constant temperature drying oven to obtain a sample of acrylic resin adhesive and dissolve it in deionized water.After microwave digestion,quantitatively analyze the sample using a plasma emission spectrometer.Based on the quantitative analysis of the standard solution,calculate the silver ion release concentration.The results showed that the silver ion release concentration of the adhesive increased with the increase of mass ratio,temperature,light,and oxidation,while decreased with the increase of pH value.Therefore,it can be concluded that a high content of acrylic acid should be added to the resin,and a low pH dilution solution should be selected.Through high-temperature treatment and oxidation treatment,the silver ion release amount of the adhesive should be increased.
