摘 要:本研究以聚偏二氟乙烯(PVDF)为聚合物,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP-K30)为致孔剂,N,N-二甲基甲酰胺为溶剂制备高性能的超滤膜材料。通过添加无水三氯化铁(FeCl_(3))和无水氯化锰(MnCl_(2))改性剂到聚合物溶液中,再在氢氧化钠溶液中进行相转化制得改性超滤膜,并通过对比原膜与改性膜浸入单宁酸(TA)一定时间前后的性能变化来对改性膜进行评价。研究结果表明:在PVDF为8.0 g,PVP-K30为1.0 g,N,N-二甲基甲酰胺溶液为31 mL,改性剂为2.0 g无水FeCl_(3)且未浸泡单宁酸时水通量达到307 L/(m^(2)·h),腐殖酸截留率为85%,水通量恢复率为54%。改性剂为2.0 g无水MnCl_(2)时,水通量为87 L/(m^(2)·h),腐殖酸截留率为93%,水通量恢复率为86%。综合比较,选取PVDF-Fe膜为此次实验中最佳超滤膜。In this paper,high-performance ultrafiltration membrane materials were prepared using polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)as polymer,polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP-K30)as porogen and N,N-dimethylformamide as solvent.Modified ultrafiltration membranes were produced by adding anhydrous ferric chloride(FeCl_(3))and anhydrous manganese chloride(MnCl_(2))modifiers to the polymer solution,and then phase transitioning in sodium hydroxide solution,and evaluate the modified membrane by comparing the performance changes of the original membrane and the modified membrane before and after immersion in tannic acid(TA)for a certain period of time.The results showed that when PVDF was 8.0 g,PVP-K30 was 1.0 g,N,N-dimethylformamide solution was 31 mL,modifier was 2.0 g anhydrous FeCl_(3),and tannic acid was not soaked,the water flux reached 307 L/(m^(2)·h),the retention rate of humic acid was 85%,and the water flux recovery rate was 54%.When the modifier is 2.0 g anhydrous MnCl_(2),the water flux is 87 L/(m^(2)·h),the humic acid retention rate is 93%,and the water flux recovery rate is 86%.After comprehensive comparison,PVDF-Fe membrane was selected as the best ultrafiltration membrane in this experiment.
