摘 要:植物纤维/塑料复合材料可以发挥植物纤维和塑料各自的优势,但在使用时仍然会受到周围环境的影响,造成力学、抗菌防霉等性能的下降,极大影响了其正常使用。因此,需要采用合理的界面及抗菌防霉改性处理,提升其在力学及防霉要求较高场所的应用。本文综述了植物纤维/塑料复合材料的界面改性以及抗菌防霉改性的研究进展,归纳分析了现阶段国内外对植物纤维/塑料复合材料的界面改性以及抗菌防霉改性技术及方法,指出了植物纤维/塑料复合材料的发展方向,从而为促进其规模化、绿色化、安全化发展提供技术借鉴。今后,应侧重于对新型强化改性技术的研究;应进一步提高复合材料抗菌防霉效果的持久性;应提升废弃纤维与塑料的回收再利用率,以及废弃物复合材料的性能;应进一步提升复合材料的性能,赋予其更多功能性,提高产品的附加值。Plant fiber-plastic composite materials can play the respective advantages of plant fiber and plastic,but they will still be affected by the surrounding environment when used,resulting in a decline in mechanical,antibacterial and anti-mold and other properties,which greatly affects its normal use.Therefore,it is necessary to adopt reasonable interface and anti-bacterial and anti-mold modification treatment to improve its application in places with high mechanical and anti-mold requirements.In this article,the research progress on interface modification and antibacterial and anti-mold modification of plant fiber/plastic composites was reviewed.The current domestic and foreign technologies and methods for interface modification and antibacterial and anti-mold modification of plant fiber/plastic composites were summarized and analyzed.The development direction of plant fiber/plastic composite materials was pointed out,in order to provide technical reference for promoting their large-scale,green,and safe development.In the future,research on new strengthening and modification technologies should be strengthened;Further improvement should be made to the durability of the antibacterial and anti-mold effects of composites;We should improve the recycling and reuse rate of waste fibers and plastics,as well as the performance of composite utilizing waste;The performance of composites should be further improved,giving them more functionality and increasing the added value of the products.
