摘　　要：文章旨在研究不同钙磷水平对4月龄哺乳驴驹体尺体重、血清生化指标及血细胞的影响。试验将40头(公22头、母18头)4月龄、体重(39.57±5.98)kg健康驴驹随机分为4组,分别为1个对照组和3个试验组,对照组饲喂标准全混合日粮,试验组在对照组基础上分别添加0.5%、1.0%和1.2%的磷酸氢钙。结果表明:(1)试验1、2和3组驴驹的体尺、体重均大于对照组;(2)试验2组驴驹的体尺、体重显著大于试验1组(P <0.05);(3)试验3组驴驹的体尺、体重大于试验2组,但无显著差异(P> 0.05);(4)试验组血清总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白、葡萄糖、淋巴细胞百分比均显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 :4月龄哺乳驴驹全混合日粮钙、磷分别为1%、0.654%有利于驴驹生长,同时改善驴驹的部分血清生化指标,提高其免疫水平。Objective:To study the effect of different Ca and P levels in total mixed ration(TMR)on the body measurements and weights of the 4 month-age lactating donkey foals.Methods:The 40 healthy donkey foals(♂:22,♀:18)with 4 month-age,weight(39.66±6.17)kg were selected,randomly divided into 4 groups(10 each group,male and female half respectively)as a control group and 3 test groups,the control group fed by the TMR,the test groups added calcium hydrophosphate by 0.5%,1.0%and 1.2%respectively to the TMR as test group 1,2 and 3,then observing the effect of different Ca and P levels on body measurements and weights,serum biochemical indicator and blood cell changes of the foals.The results showed that,(1)The body measurements and weights of the foals in the test group 1,2 and 3 were all higher than that in the control group;(2)That in the test group 2 was greater than that in the test group 1,and there is statistically significant(P<0.05);(3)That in the test group 3 was higher than that in the test group 2,but there is not statistically significant(P>0.05).(4)Serum total protein,albumin,globulin,glucose and Lymph%from the test groups were significantly higher than those from the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Ca and P levels,added by 1%and 0.654%respectively to the TMR of the foals,are of benefit to growth of foals,meanwhile,improving the partial serum biochemical indicators and the immune levels of the foals.
