摘　　要：肠型的定义方便了对肠道菌群的认识。肠型可以作为生物标志物反映动物体的营养水平和健康状况,受多种因素的动态影响。虽然肠型有部分局限性,但对成年稳定个体的肠道菌群分型是必要的。研究表明肠型有助于精准医学的诊断和治疗以及个性化的营养管理。和肠型一样,反刍动物的日粮结构、生理状态和生存环境等均会对其胃肠道微生物群落结构造成影响。反刍动物的胃肠道菌群与单胃动物的肠道菌群有类似特性,反刍动物胃肠道的菌群变化可以反映反刍动物的营养代谢及健康。本文综述了肠型的意义及研究进展,为肠型在反刍动物上的应用开发提供理论依据。The definition of enterotype facilitates the understanding of intestinal flora.Enterotype can be used as a biomarker to reflect the nutritional level and health status of animals,and is dynamically affected by many factors.Although enterotype has some limitations,it is necessary to classify intestinal microflora of adult stable individuals.Enterotype can be used as a biomarker to reflect the nutritional level and health status of animals.Many studies have shown that enterotype contributes to the diagnosis and treatment of precision medicine and personalized nutrition management.Like enterotype,the diet structure,physiological status and living environment of ruminants will affect the microbial community structure of their gastrointestinal tract.The gastrointestinal microflora of ruminants has similar characteristics to that of monogastric animals.The changes of gastrointestinal microflora of ruminants can reflect the nutritional metabolism and health of ruminants.This study summarized the significance and research progress of enterotype,and provided theoretical basis for the application and development of enterotype in ruminants.
