摘  要:以深圳产业光源(SILF)贮存环共架支撑为例,在参考国内外同类装置共架支撑设计的基础上,对贮存环共架支撑结构进行了初步设计和仿真模拟,计算出共架支撑横梁在形变量最小时支点的分布位置。将磁铁模型按照物理Lattice布局进行拼装,并将拼装完成的磁铁单元放置在共架支撑上,利用SolidWorks Simulation优化磁铁在共架支撑上的安装位置,以共架支撑与磁铁单元的整体静力形变量最小和一阶固有频率最大为目标,得出了磁铁单元在共架支撑上的最佳安装位置。On the basis of referring to the design of magnetic support for similar devices at home and abroad,this paper takes the storage ring girder of Shenzhen Industrial Light Source(SILF)as an example to conduct preliminary design and simulation of the magnetic units of it’s storage ring girder,and calculates the distribution position of support points with the minimum deformation.The magnetic model is assembled according to the physical Lattice layout,and the assembled magnetic unit is placed on the storage ring girder.Using SolidWorks simulation software to optimize the placement position of magnetic units on the storage ring girder,with the goal of minimizing the overall deformation of the storage ring girder and magnetic units and maximizing the first-order natural frequency,the optimal installation position of magnetic units on the girder is obtained.
