摘 要:为合理评价材料对强电磁脉冲的屏蔽效能,分析了材料对电磁波的屏蔽机理,在此基础上,给出了一种基于法兰同轴的材料电磁脉冲屏蔽效能改进测试方法,实现了对测试波形、材料透射波形和材料反射波形的准确监测。利用该方法测试了厚度为80,100,200,300μm的某石墨烯材料的时域屏蔽效能,测试结果表明,反射波形以反射损耗为主,随材料厚度的增加透射脉冲波形前沿变缓,脉宽变宽,呈现出低通滤波特性。基于测试波形,进一步计算了材料的时域峰值和能量表征的屏蔽效能,计算结果表明,变化规律与平面型材料屏蔽效能理论模型的变化规律相吻合。该方法不仅可以直观评价材料的时域电磁脉冲屏蔽效能,而且能够准确变换得到材料的频域屏蔽效能曲线,并可以得到材料的时域反射损耗等细节信息,具有较好的普适性。To evaluate the shielding effectiveness(SE)of materials against powerful electromagnetic pulse reasonably,the shielding mechanism of materials against electromagnetic wave is analyzed.An improved test method for SE of materials against electromagnetic pulse based on flange coaxial is proposed.The method can monitor the irradiated wave,transmitted wave,and reflected wave accurately.The time-domain SE of graphene materials with thicknesses of 80,100,200 and 300μm are tested using the method.The tested reflection waveform shows that the SE of graphene materials is mainly reflected loss.The rising time of the transmitted pulse waveform becomes slower and the pulse width becomes wider with the increase of the thickness of the material.The frequency domain shielding effectiveness of the materials exhibits low-pass filtering characteristics.The peak SE and energy SE of the materials in time domain are calculated by using the test waveform,and the change law of the results is consistent with the SE of planar materials in theory.The method not only can directly evaluate the time-domain SE of materials,but also can accurately obtain the time-domain SE curve and details such as reflection loss.It has good universal applicability.
