摘　　要：长距离矿浆输送管道的及时疏通清理,可有效保障高压管道系统运行安全。针对内径为Φ212.75 mm长距离高压矿浆输送管道,采用Φ205 mm、Φ209 mm软体清管器、Φ205 mm、Φ209 mm软体除垢清管器及Φ212 mm四皮碗清管器3个类型5种定位清管器对管道内部进行除垢清理。矿浆管道在清管前,水流量为230.45 m^(3)/h,主泵出口压力为1150.7 kPa,清管后,在相同矿浆输出条件下,水流量为303.13 m^(3)/h,主泵出口压力为1115.2 kPa,管道流量提高31.54%,主泵出口压力降低3.09%。矿浆管道清管在生产现场的成功应用,有效提高了管道输送能力,降低主泵出口压力,对长距离矿浆输送管道的除垢有重要的借鉴作用。The timely pipeline dredging for long distance slurry pipeline could effectively ensure the safe operations of high pressure pipeline system.For the long distance high pressure slurry pipeline with the inner diameter ofΦ212.75 mm,such 5 positioning tube cleaners of 3 types as the soft tube cleaners ofΦ205 mm andΦ209 mm,soft descaling tube cleaners ofΦ205 mm andΦ209 mm as well as four cup tube cleaners ofΦ212 mm are adopted for descaling inside pipelines.For the slurry pipeline before dredging,the water discharge was 230.45 m^(3)/h and outlet pressure of main pump was 1150.7 kPa,while after dredging,the water discharge was 303.13 m^(3)/h and outlet pressure of main pump was 1115.2 kPa under the same condition of transporting slurry so that the flow of pipeline is increased by 31.54%and outlet pressure of main pump is reduced by 3.09%.The transportation capacity of pipeline could be effectively improved and outlet pressure of main pump could be reduced with the successful applications of dredging for slurry pipeline on site,which could be as important references for descaling long distance slurry pipeline.
