摘 要:以浙江诸暨东白湖镇上英村的7个香榧优株为试材,对其表型指标和种仁品质指标进行单因素方差分析、皮尔逊相关性分析与品质综合评价。结果表明:(1)除核形指数和出仁率外,其他表型性状的最大值均出现在3号香榧;6号香榧优株核形指数显著大于其他优株;出仁率最大的是7号(75.11%)。(2) 7个香榧优株平均含油率为49.90%, 5号最高(53.67%), 4号最低(45.35%)。脂肪酸组成以亚油酸和油酸为主,平均含量分别为46.21%和32.07%;香榧种仁主要包括8种矿质元素,平均含量排在前三位的分别为K (7.19 g·kg~(-1))、 Mg (2.87 g·kg~(-1))和P (2.19 g·kg~(-1))。(3)相关性分析表明,元素与元素间、脂肪酸组成间、矿质元素与脂肪酸组成之间表现出的相关性差异较大。(4)采用主成分分析对7个香榧优株进行综合评价,6号香榧优株综合得分最高。Seven superior plants of Torreya grandis cv.Merrillii from Ying Village,Dongbaihu Town,Zhuji,Zhejiang Province were used as test materials.And their phenotypic indexes and seed kernel quality indexes were analyzed by one-way analysis of variance(ANOVA),Pearson's correlation analysis(PCA),and comprehensive quality evaluation.The results showed that except kernel shape index and kernel yield,the maximum values of other phenotypic traits appeared in Tephrosia No.3.The kernel shape index of Tephrosia No.6 was significantly higher than that of other plants,while the largest kernel yield at 75.11%.was in No.7.In terms of seed kernel quality,the average oil content among the seven superior plants was 49.90%,with No.5 was the highest(53.67%)and No.4 was the lowest(45.35%).The dominant fatty acid composition was mainly linoleic acid and oleic acid,with an average of 46.21%and 32.07%,respectively.The seed kernels of T.grandis cv.Merrillii primarily consisted of8 mineral elements,with potassium(K),magnesium(Mg),and phosphorus(P)having the highest average contents at 7.19 g·kg-1,2.87 g·kg-1,and 2.19 g·kg-1,respectively.Correlation analysis showed that there were great differences in correlation between elements,fatty acid compositions,mineral elements and fatty acid compositions.Furthermore,seven superior plants of T.grandis cv.Merrillii were comprehensively evaluated by principal component analysis(PCA),and the comprehensive score of No.6 was the highest.
