改良式口腔冲吸装置在舌癌患者皮瓣移植修复术后护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨应用改良式口腔冲吸装置在舌癌游离皮瓣移植修复术后的护理效果,为提高舌癌患者术后的口腔护理质量提供参考依据。方法:选取2018年3月~2021年7月在弋矶山医院口腔颌面外科住院的50例舌癌行皮瓣移植修复术患者作为研究对象,其中25例患者实施常规口腔擦洗作为对照组,25例患者实施改良式口腔冲吸装置进行口腔冲洗作为观察组,对比两组患者给予的口腔护理操作方法、改善口腔清洁效果和患者舒适度变化等。结果:术后两组患者分别运用常规口腔擦洗和改良式口腔冲吸装置进行口腔护理,观察组和对照组术后第3天和第7天口腔清洁状况及口腔舒适度得分均低于术后第1天(P<0.05),术后第7天口腔清洁状况及口腔舒适度得分均低于术后第3天(P<0.05);观察组在术后第3天和第7天口腔清洁状况及口腔舒适度得分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:改良式口腔冲吸装置的护理方法,用于舌癌患者皮瓣移植修复术后的口腔冲洗,可以增强口腔清洁效果,改善口腔舒适度。Objective:To observe the effect of using modified oral flushing and suction device in postoperative nursing of tongue cancer patients undergone skin flap transplantation for improving oral care in such patients.Methods:Fifty tongue cancer patients undergoing skin flap transplantation in our department were included from March 2018 to July 2021.Twenty-five patients were given conventional oral care(control group)and the rest received improved oral care using modified oral flushing and suction device(observational group).Comparison was made between two groups regarding oral care method,oral hygiene status and patient′s oral comfort.Results:Patients′oral hygiene status and oral comfort scores on postoperative day 3 and 7 in the observational group and control group were lower than those on postoperative day 1(P<0.05).Their scores on postoperative day 7 were lower than those on postoperative day 3(P<0.05).Patients′oral hygiene status and oral comfort scores on postoperative day 3 and 7 in the observational group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified oral flushing and suction device can improve the oral hygiene status and oral comfort in postoperative nursing for tongue cancer patients undergone skin flap transplantation.
