摘  要:防火窗作为火灾发生时阻止火势蔓延及烟气扩散的重要防线,其功能质量的保障一直是厂家最求的目标。随着《建筑设计防火规范》2018年重新修订,对防火窗的功能要求也进一步提高。本文在分析节能隔热防火窗关键技术的基础上,改变防火玻璃材料,结合功能要求设计窗户内窗和外框结构,设置有效的节能隔热的防火条密封条。研发的节能隔热平开型铝合金防火窗经过检测,产品完全符合《新规》要求,满足客户的需求,具有良好的市场前景。As an important line of defense to prevent fire and smoke from spreading,the guarantee of function and quality of fire-proof window is always the most sought after goal of manufacturers.With the"Building design fire code"revised in 2018,the function requirements of fire windows are further enhanced.On the basis of analyzing the key technology of energy-saving and heat-insulating fire-proof window,this paper changes the material of fire-proof glass,designs the structure of window inside and outside frame according to the function requirement,and sets up effective energy-saving and heat-insulating fire-proof strip seal.The developed energy-saving and heat-insulating aluminum alloy fire-proof window has been tested,and the products meet the requirements of the new regulation.
