摘　　要：中国共产党自成立以来,始终把青年工作作为一项具有全局性和战略性意义的事业来看待。当下,青年工作亦具备赋能中国式现代化的动力结构和资源禀赋,从前者看,在青年工作中,中国共产党、青年群体、中介组织和外部环境构成了一个生机盎然的动力结构;从后者看,青年工作赋能中国式现代化汇集了权威性赋能资源、配置性赋能资源和规范性赋能资源。为提升青年工作赋能中国式现代化的动力效能,应从动力输入、动力整合、动力转化、动力分配和动力反馈等环节进行系统性优化。Since its establishment,the Communist Party of China has always regarded youth work as a cause of global and strategic significance.At present,youth work also has the power structure and resource endowment to empower Chinese-style modernization.From the former perspective,the Communist Party of China,youth groups,intermediary organizations,and the external environment in youth work constitute a vibrant power structure;from the latter perspective,it also gathers all the contents of authoritative empowerment resources,configuration empowerment resources,and normative empowerment resources.To enhance the power efficiency of youth work in empowering Chinese-style modernization,systematic optimization should be carried out from the aspects of power input,power integration,power transformation,power distribution,and power feedback.
