摘　　要：棒状线虫是一类报道寄生于两栖类、爬行类呼吸系统的线虫,在生物学分类上属于小杆目,棒状科,在全球南美洲、亚洲、大洋洲等均有感染野生两栖动物报道。该类线虫对蛙类、蟾蜍等两栖动物规模化养殖业的破坏性较强,潜在的生产风险不容忽视。本文将从近年来国内外已报道的对两栖动物棒状线虫的种类、感染途径、流行概况、临床发病特征、遗传研究、现有检测技术、临床治疗、防控措施等方面的研究进行综述,希望为该类寄生虫在两栖动物中的防治及研究提供重要的理论数据参考。Rhabdias is a kind of nematode that is reported to be parasitic on the respiratory systems of amphibians and reptiles.It belongs to the small rod order and the rod family in biological classification.This kind of nematode is destructive to the large-scale breeding of amphibians such as frogs and toads and its potential production risk can not be ignored.In this paper,the reported species,infection pathway,epidemic situation,clinical characteristics,genetic research,existing detection techniques,clinical treatment,prevention and control measures of Rhabdias at home and abroad in recent years were reviewed to provide important references for the prevention and treatment of such infection in amphibians.
