摘 要:目的探讨维生素D受体(Vitamin D receptor,VDR)基因位点Taqi多态性与骨密度(bone mineral density,BMD)的关系。方法通过计算机检索数据库,文献时间为建库至2021年12月31日。由2名不同研究员各自进行文献检索、筛选以及数据的提取。运用Review Manager 5.3分析软件进行统计学分析,计算OR值和95%置信区间评估Taqi多态性和BMD的关系。结果最终纳入5项符合标准的研究,Meta分析最终结果表明VDR基因位点Taqi多态性与人群骨密度降低的发生风险具有相关性,其等位基因t是骨密度降低发生的危险因素(OR=1.51,95%CI:1.32~1.72)。结论在人群中VDR基因位点Taqi多态性与骨密度降低的发生风险具有相关性,其等位基因t可能是预测人群骨密度降低发生风险的遗传指标。Objective To investigate the association between vitamin D receptor(VDR)gene Taqi polymorphism and bone mineral density(BMD).Methods Databases were searched using computer.The literature period was from the establishment of the database to December 31,2021.Literature search,screening,and data extraction were carried out by two different researchers.Review Manager 5.3 software was used for statistical analysis.OR values and 95%confidence intervals were calculated to evaluate the relationship between Taqi polymorphism and BMD.Results Five studies that met the criteria were included.The final result of meta-analysis showed that the Taqi polymorphism of VDR gene locus was associated with the risk of BMD in the population,and the allele t was a risk factor for BMD(OR=1.51,95%CI:1.32-1.72).Conclusion Taqi polymorphism of VDR gene locus is associated with the risk of BMD in the population,and allele t may be a genetic indicator to predict the risk of BMD in the population.
