摘  要:端板支承式多肋叠合板是一种主肋在端部收齐,端部主筋弯起,再焊以抗剪角钢部件后设计的新型叠合板,主要应用于现代物流仓储等承载力大、对空间要求较高的场景.为研究多肋预制底板在施工过程中的受力及破坏特征,设计了多肋预制底板的简支均布静载试验来分析预制底板的承载力、支座受力特征等.试验表明,随着荷载的增加,多肋混凝土预制底板的抗弯强度呈下降趋势,达到最大承载力时,支座位置出现断裂,此时角钢达到屈服应变;且该多肋混凝土预制底板的破坏特征与适筋梁破坏形式类似,构件的破坏过程均可分为3个阶段.最后,通过有限元模拟软件ABAQUS对角钢的变形状态以及在加载的4个阶段对不同部位的纵筋应变进行分析,将试验结果与ABAQUS模拟结果进行对比研究,得出有限元软件可较好模拟并呈现多肋混凝土预制底板破坏形态的结果,这一结果可为后续叠合板的研究提供一定的依据.The end-plate bearing multi-ribbed composite plate is a new type of composite plate designed after the series process with the main rib being folded at the end,the main reinforcement being bent up at the end,and then being welded with the shear angle steel parts.It is mainly used in modern logistics warehousing and other scenes with large bearing capacity and high space requirements.In order to study the stress and failure characteristics of multi-ribbed precast plate during construction,a simply supported and uniformly distributed static load test of multi-ribbed precast plate was designed,and the bearing capacity and bearing characteristics of precast plate were analyzed.The test shows that the bending strength of the multi-ribbed concrete precast plate decreases with the increasing of load.The bearing position breaks when the bearing reaches its maximum bearing capacity and the angle steel reaches the yield strain.The failure characteristics of the multi-ribbed concrete precast plate are similar to the failure mode of the reinforced beam,and the failure process of the component can be divided into three stages.Finally,the finite element simulation software ABAQUS was used to analyze the deformation state of the angle steel and the strain of the longitudinal reinforcement at different parts in the four stages of loading.The experimental results were compared with the ABAQUS simulation results.It is concluded that the finite element simulation can better simulate and present the failure mode of the multiribbed concrete precast plate.The results can provide a basis for the study of the subsequent composite slab.
