摘　　要：近年代谢组学已被广泛应用于临床医学研究,用于寻找生物标志物及疾病早诊早治等领域.银屑病关节炎的早期诊断可显著改善患者预后,降低其结构损伤和功能残疾的风险.为了解现阶段代谢组学在银屑病关节炎中的应用,分别对银屑病关节炎及代谢组学进行介绍,并对两者结合的相关研究进行综述,从疾病诊断、疾病进展和治疗方面梳理代谢组学在银屑病关节炎的研究进展,并指出当前研究中存在的局限性,为更好地开展相关研究提供理论依据.Metabolomics has been recently applied in clinical research,in order to identify the biomarkers for early diagnosis and treatment.Early diagnosis of psoriasis arthritis has been shown to significantly improve patient prognosis,along with the reduced risks of structural damage and functional disability.In order to understand the current application of metabolomics in psoriatic arthritis,the application of metabolomics in psoriatic arthritis was reviewed.The research progress of metabolomics in psoriatic arthritis was summarized from three aspects including disease diagnosis,disease progression,and treatment.In addition,the limitations of the application were pointed out.The review was aimed to provide a theoretical basis for better future related research.
