摘  要:西藏DG水电站发电厂房尾水平台在尾水挡墙3384.4m高程和尾水闸墩3381.9m高程存在牛腿结构。牛腿模板支撑体系施工存在支撑受力点不确定、施工跨度大、悬空高度超过40m等多重技术难题。通过对牛腿结构的设计施工进行研究,设计了一套“外支内拉”的双保险支撑体系。实际施工过程中,首先在外悬挑部分采用悬臂大模板的三脚架作为排架支撑,其次在牛腿内部采用“内拉+立柱”方式进行二次加固,该双保险支撑系统最终有效地解决了西藏DG水电站发电厂房尾水平台牛腿施工的安全和技术难题,推动了工程顺利进行。The tailrace platform of the power house of Dagu Hydropower Station in Xizang has corbel structure at the elevation of 3384.4m of tailrace retaining wall and 3381.9m of tailrace gate pier.The construction of the bracket template support system faces multiple technical challenges,such as uncertain support points,large construction spans,and suspended heights exceeding 40m.Through the research on the design and construction of the corbel structure,a set of double safety support system of"external support and internal pull"is designed.In the actual construction process,the triangular frame with large cantilever formwork is first used as the bent support in the external cantilever part,and then the"internal pull+column"method is used for secondary reinforcement in the corbel.The double safety support system finally effectively solves the safety and technical problems in the construction of the corbel of the tailrace platform of the power house of Xizang DG Hydropower Station,Successfully promoted the progress of the project.
