摘　　要：目前,评估供方项目管理成熟度主要是采取定性分析的方法,这导致评估结果的精确度较低和可信度不高的问题。为此,采用基于项目管理全过程视角的定性分析和基于AHP的YAAHP软件定量计算方法,有效简化了计算过程并提高了评估结果的精确度和可信度。该研究方法具有一定的创新性和指导性,有力地解决了民用飞机制造企业在供方项目管理成熟度评估方面的问题。At present,the evaluation of the maturity of supplier project management mainly adopts qualitative analysis methods,which leads to low accuracy and credibility of the evaluation results.To this end,qualitative analysis based on the perspective of the entire project management process and quantitative calculation based on YAAHP software using AHP were adopted,effectively simplifying the calculation process and improving the accuracy and credibility of the evaluation results.The research method proposed in the article has a certain degree of innovation and guidance,effectively solving the problem of supplier project management maturity evaluation in civil aircraft manufacturing enterprises.
