摘  要:为了解玉米抗旱基因领域的发展动态,本文对近二十年玉米抗旱基因领域发布的论文和专利文献进行计量分析。研究发现,玉米抗旱基因工程技术发展迅速,中国和美国是该领域的主要研发国家,他国在我国的专利申请中,美国和德国原创最多;中国的研究机构多集中在科学院和农业大学,发达国家主要以企业为主;学科领域主要涉及植物科学和农学,专利技术主要涉及遗传工程和新植物获得方法。建议我国强化企业创新主体地位,鼓励该领域产学研合作,并加强转基因植株田间试验,在不降低产量的同时提高抗旱性。In order to understand the development trend in the field of maize drought-resistant genes,this article quantitatively analyzed the papers and patent documents published in recent 20 years.The research found that the genetic engineering technology of maize drought resistance has developed rapidly,China and the United States are the main research countries in this field.Among the patent applications of other countries in China,the United States and Germany have the most original applications.Most of the research institutions in China are concentrated in the academy of sciences and agricultural universities,while in developed countries are mainly enterprises.The subject field mainly involves plant science and agronomy,and the patent technology field mainly involves genetic engineering and new plant acquisition methods.It is recommended that China strengthen the dominant position of enterprises in innovation,encourage the industry-university-research cooperation in this field,and strengthen field trials of genetically modified plants to improve the drought resistance without reducing the yield.
