摘  要:通过热失重实验和分布式活化能模型方法,研究20.00%氧气/80.00%氮气的燃烧气氛下,造纸污泥在10、20和40℃/min 3个升温速率下的燃烧特性和动力学参数,以及40℃/min升温速率下造纸污泥与褐煤/烟煤在不同掺混比下的燃烧特性和动力学参数。研究结果显示:随着升温速率的不断增加,造纸污泥的失重速率、综合燃烧指数和活化能也随之不断增加,表明燃烧在高升温速率下变得剧烈,且提高升温速率对燃烧具有改善作用;随着提高褐煤/烟煤的掺混比,燃烧特性不断向褐煤/烟煤靠近;随着褐煤掺混比的增加,混样的综合燃烧指数先增加后减小再增加,活化能则呈现波浪性变动,且70.00%的造纸污泥与30.00%的褐煤为最佳掺混比;随着烟煤掺混比的增加,综合燃烧指数先增加后减小,在掺混比各占一半时达到最大值(5.955×10^(-7)min^(-2)·℃^(-3)),活化能从202.70不断增加至247.99 kJ/mol。对于造纸污泥掺混煤燃烧的无害化、资源化利用方式中,褐煤的掺混比烟煤的掺混从燃烧特性以及动力学特性方面而言更具有优势。Chapter by thermo-gravimetric experiment and distributed activation energy model method,in the 20.00%O_(2)/80.00%N_(2) atmosphere,the combustion characteristics and kinetics parameters of paper sludge at 10,20 and 40℃/min these three heating rates were studied.And the co-combustion characteristics and kinetics parameters of paper sludge and lignite/soft coal under different mixing ratios at the heating rate of 40℃/min were also researched.The results showed that with the increasing of heating rate,the weight loss rate,the comprehensive combustion index and the activation energy of municipal sludge and paper sludge increased.It indicated that the combustion became intense under high heating rate and the increase of heating rate had an improvement effect on the combustion.With the increasing of lignite/soft coal mixing ratio,the combustion characteristics of blends moved towards to lignite/soft coal.With the lignite mixing ratio increase,the comprehensive combustion index of blends first increased,then decreased and then increased and the activation energy showed a wave change.In addition,70.00% paper sludge with 30.00% lignite might be the suitable mixing ratio.With the adding of soft coal mixing ratio,the comprehensive combustion index first increased and then decreased,reaching the maximum value(5.955×10^(-7)min^(-2)·℃^(-3))when the mixture ratio accounted for half of each,and the activation energy continuously increased from 202.70 to 247.99 kJ/mol.In terms of harmless and resource utilization of co-combustion of paper sludge and coal,lignite blending has more advantages than soft coal blending in terms of combustion characteristics and kinetic characteristics.
