摘 要:随着“双碳”战略目标的提出和电力电子技术的进步,光伏产业飞速发展,配电网的光伏渗透率持续增大。满足光伏接入需求的变流器是适应光伏接入配电网的最关键设备,变流器的控制还需要进一步研究。为了满足光伏高比例接入配电网的需求,对变流器的控制策略进行了研究。首先,提出了配电网中高比例光伏装置接入下的技术要求。其次,在PSCAD/EMTDC暂态仿真平台中搭建了光伏并网模型;基于暂态仿真模型,提出了基于dq控制的变流器控制策略,并分别对电网处于暂态条件下,发生电压骤降、骤升和进行频率调节时变流器的控制策略进行了详细的分析研究。最后,在PSCAD/EMTDC暂态仿真平台验证了所提控制策略在电压骤降80%、电压骤升到115%和频率调节场景下都取得了很好的控制效果,证明了所提变流器控制策略的有效性。With the proposal of the"dual carbon"strategic goal and the progress of power electronics technology,the photovoltaic industry is developing rapidly,and the photovoltaic(PV)penetration rate of the distribution network continues to increase.The converter that meets the needs of high PV penetration in distribution network is the most critical equipment.Further research is needed on the control of the converter.In order to meet the needs of high ratio PV integration to the distribution network,this paper studies the control technology of the converter.Firstly,this paper studies the installation requirements of PV devices in distribution network and proposes the technical requirements for the installation of PV devices.Secondly,a grid connected PV model is built on the PSCAD/EMTDC transient simulation platform.Based on the transient simulation model,a dq controlbased converter control strategy is proposed,and detailed research is conducted on the control strategies of the converter when voltage sags,surges,and frequency adjustments occur in the power grid under transient conditions.Finally,the PSCAD/EMTDC transient simulation platform verifies that the control strategy proposed in this paper can achieve good control results in voltage dip 80%,voltage sag 115%,and frequency regulation scenarios,proving the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy.
