摘  要:某地气田配电线路位于农村电网末端,供电线路长、负荷重且分布不均匀,线路末端电压波动较大,随着气田开采规模的增大,供电电压的不稳定严重影响着气田用电设备的正常运行。针对气田配电网稳态与暂态电压波动问题,首先对并联电容器、串联稳压器和静止无功发生器3种类型电压无功控制设备的综合优化配置问题进行研究,建立了以总费用最小和抑制电压波动为目标的双层优化模型。然后,通过暂态仿真试验讨论了不同方案抑制电压波动的效果,通过稳态和暂态2个方面分析,验证了采取多种电压无功控制设备互补配合优化后提高电压稳定性的效果。最后,针对该气田配电网中存在的工农业负荷并存现象,分别采用实际10 kV配电专线和农网供电线路进行分析,算例结果验证了该电压无功优化方法既能保证经济性,也能提高系统电压质量。Distribution lines of a gas fields are located at the end of rural power grid,with long lines,heavy loads and uneven distribution.The voltage at the end of lines has more fluctuation,and the instability of power supply voltage will seriously affect the normal operation of gas field power equipment with the increase of gas field exploitation scale.Aiming at the steady-state and transient voltage fluctuation problem of gas field distribution network,considering planning and operation at the same time,this paper studied the comprehensive optimization configuration of three types of voltage and reactive power control equipment including shunt capacitor,series voltage regulator and static reactive power generator,and established a double-layer optimization model aiming at minimizing the total cost and suppressing voltage fluctuation,and discussed the effects of different schemes on restraining voltage fluctuation through transient simulation tests,Through the analysis of steady state and transient state,it showed that the effect of improving voltage stability by adopting a variety of voltage and reactive power control equipment to complement and optimize.For the coexistence of industrial and agricultural loads in the distribution network of the gas field,the actual 10kV distribution line and rural power supply line were selected for analysis.The results of the example verified that the voltage and reactive power optimization method can improve the system voltage quality while ensuring economic efficiency.
