摘 要:自愈控制能够及时发现并解决电网运行过程中出现的安全隐患。在配电网系统最优自愈控制策略基础上,提出了一种智能配电网源荷互动的运行策略规划方案。首先,通过对分布式储能和分布式无功电源的优化配置,构建了由分布式发电单元组成的具有高度自给能力的配电系统模型。然后,基于可再生能源发电量预测与负荷预测,对配电网稳定运行自给能力、配电系统总能量损失、配电系统可靠性总负荷需求以及故障自愈要求进行分析,为配电网规划了规避未知风险的最优自愈策略。最后,通过仿真验证了智能配电网的自愈功能的有效性,结果表明所提的运行策略不仅可以优化配电网的自愈控制能力,还能实现对分布式电源的可观、可测、可控。Self-healing control can detect and solve the safety hazards in the process of grid operation in time.Based on the optimal self-healing control strategy of distribution grid system,this paper proposes a operation strategy planning scheme for source-load interaction of smart distribution grid.Firstly,a distribution system with a high degree of self-sufficiency consisting of distributed generators is established through the optimal allocation of distributed energy storage and distributed reactive power sources.Then,based on the renewable energy generation forecast and load forecast,the self-sufficiency capability of the stable operation distribution grid,the total energy loss of the distribution system,the total load demand of the distribution system reliability and the fault self-healing requirement are analyzed,and the optimal self-healing strategy to avoid the unknown risk is planned for the distribution grid.Simulation experiments verify the effectiveness of the self-healing function of the smart distribution network,and the results show that the proposed operation strategy can not only optimize the self-healing control ability of the distribution network,but also realize the"observable,measurable and controllable"of distributed power.
