摘　　要：在国家标准《机械零部件模块化设计评价规范》(GB/T 39589-2020)的基础上,通过扩展,提出了模块通用性的评价指标体系。通过模块通用性场景图和评价算例,介绍了模块通用性评价方法。该指标体系包括:①基于种类、数量和价值的模块通用性评价的3种一级指标;②用于不同应用场景的模块通用性评价的9种二级指标;③根据模块特点(基本模块和通用模块)给出的模块通用性评价的24种三级指标。指标设置的目的是尽可能将不同企业提出的模块通用性评价指标归纳在一个体系中,并确定这些不同指标之间的关系,以便进一步让不同的模块通用性指标统一化和标准化。This paper expands on the basis of the national standard Specifications for Evaluating the Modular Designfor the Parts of Mechanical Products(GB/T 39589-2020),and proposes an evaluation index system for module universality.This paper also helps to understand the methodology for evaluating module universality through scenario diagrams and evaluation examples.The evaluation index system including:①3 first-level indicators for evaluating module universality based on types,quantities and values;②9 second-level indicators for evaluating module universality for different application scenarios;③24 third-level indicators for evaluating module universality given by the characteristics(basic modules and general modules)of modules.The purpose is to group the module universality evaluation indicators proposed by different enterprises in one system as much as possible,and then clarify the relationship between these different indicators,so as to further unify and standardize the different module universality indicators.
