摘  要:鉴于定制点后移可增加大批量生产比重、降低生产成本、缩短生产周期,提出了定制点后移过程的优化评价指标。它主要包括:定制点后移评价指标O_(1),各环节定制生产比例优化评价指标O_(2),以及综合O_(1)和O_(2)得到的各环节定制生产比例优化加权评价指标O_(3);基于O_(3)的各环节定制生产比例优化加权评价指标改善率O_(4)。研究表明:这些指标各有所适用的范围,总的来讲,O_(4)的价值最大,O_(3)其次,O_(2)和O_(1)的评价全面性稍差一些,但仍适用于一些特定的环境。By setting the customer order decoupling point back,it is possible to increase the proportion of mass production,reduce production costs,and shorten production cycles.The paper is to propose evaluation indicators of the optimization of the process of setting the customizing point back,which mainly includes:the evaluation indicator O_(1)for setting the customizing point back,evaluation indicator O_(2)of optimizing each process’s customizing production ratio,and optimized and weighted average indicator O_(3)of each process's customizing production ratio obtained by integrating O_(1)and O_(2);on the basis of O_(3),the improvement rate O_(4)of the optimized and weighted average indicator of each process's customizing production can be obtained.Research shows that each of these indicators has its own scope of application,but overall,O_(4)has the greatest value,followed by O_(3),and the evaluation of O_(2)and O_(1)is slightly less comprehensive,but it is also applicable to certain specific environments.
