摘 要:为了提高再生棉短纤纱的性能,选择再生涤纶长丝包缠在再生棉短纤外层,制成具有紧密纱线结构的再生涤棉包缠纱。为了提高包缠纱的可纺性,分析关键工艺参数对成纱汇聚点的影响,通过具体纺纱试验优选长丝牵伸倍数、短纤须条与长丝间距和成纱捻系数。结果表明:以再生棉和再生涤纶长丝为原料纺制包缠纱时,在长丝牵伸1.03倍、短纤须条与长丝的间距4 mm和成纱捻系数400的工艺条件下,再生棉涤包缠纱的质量最优。将再生棉制成纱线是实现废旧纺织品循环再利用的有效方法。In order to improve the property of recycled cotton staple yarn,recycled polyester filaments were wrapped around the outer layer of recycled cotton to produce recycled wrapped polyester cotton yarn with condensed yarn structure.In order to improve spinnability of the wrapped yarn,impact of key process parameters on yarn convergence points was analyzed.Through specific spinning experiments,drawing ratio of filament,the distance between filament and staple sliver and the twist factor of yarn were optimized.The results showed when using recycled cotton and recycled polyester filament as raw materials to spin wrapped yarn,the quality of the wrapped yarn was optimal under the process conditions of filament draft ratio was1.03 times,the distance between filament and staple strips was 4 mm and twist factor of the yarn was 400.Making recycled cotton into yarn was an effective method to achieve the recycling and reuse of waste textiles.
