数字经济对工业产业链韧性的影响效应研究——兼论创新水平和市场分割的机制作用

摘　　要：着力提升产业链供应链韧性和安全水平,对于建设现代化经济体系、实现产业链现代化和高质量发展具有重要意义。本文基于2011—2020年我国31个省份的面板数据,构建数字经济发展水平和工业产业链韧性指标体系,并通过双向固定效应模型实证研究数字经济发展对工业产业链韧性的影响效应和作用机制。实证结果表明,数字经济发展对于工业产业链韧性具有促进作用,而市场分割在这一影响中呈现负向调节效应。中介效应检验发现,数字经济发展能够通过提高创新水平来增强工业产业链韧性。进一步异质性检验表明,数字经济对工业产业链韧性的影响会因地理区域、能源丰裕程度而有所不同,在北方地区和能源贫乏区域更为显著。It is of great significance to improve the resilience and security of industrial and supply chains to build a modern economic system and realize the modernization and high-quality development of industrial chains.Based on the panel data of 31 provinces in China from 2011 to 2020,this paper constructs the development level of the digital economy and the resilience index system of the industrial industry chain,and empirically studies the impact and mechanism of the development of the digital economy on the resilience of the industrial industry chain through the two-way fixed effect model.The empirical results show that the development of the digital economy has a promoting effect on the resilience of the industrial chain,while market segmentation presents a negative moderating effect in this impact.The intermediary effect test finds that the development of the digital economy can improve the resilience of the industrial chain by improving the level of innovation.Further heterogeneity tests show that the impact of digital economy on the resilience of the industrial chain will vary according to geographical region and energy abundance,and is more significant in the northern region and energy-poor regions.
