摘  要:为解决YB917型条外透明纸包装机长边折叠器容易挤压条烟并造成折叠通道堵塞等问题,设计了一种离合式长边折叠器。离合式长边折叠器由固定座、活动板、触发装置以及电感式接近开关构成,当透明纸长边折叠过程中出现条烟堵塞折叠通道时,活动板能够及时与固定座脱离,使得触发装置中的连杆在弹片作用下靠近接近开关,从而触发报警信号,使设备立即停机。以济南卷烟厂生产的“泰山(红将军)”牌卷烟为对象进行测试,结果表明:应用离合式长边折叠器后,未再发生长边折叠器损坏现象,变形条烟数量减少91%,清理变形条烟的平均时间由5.7 min/次缩短至0.4 min/次。该技术可为减少配件损耗、提高卷烟包装设备的维保效率提供支持。In order to prevent the long side panel folder in YB917 carton overwrapper from squeezing cigarette cartons and causing carton jam in the folding channel,a clamp-type long panel side folder was designed,which mainly consisted of a fixed base,a movable plate,a trigger device and an inductance approach switch.When cigarette cartons block the folding channel during the folding process,the movable plate moves away from the fixed base timely so that the connecting rod in the trigger device approaches to the switch under the action of a spring blade,thereby triggering an alarm signal and immediately stopping the machine.The designed folder was tested on cigarette brand“Taishan(Red General)”in Jinan Cigarette Factory,and the results showed that the long side panel folder was no longer damaged after the application of the designed folder,the number of deformative cartons reduced by 91%,and the average time needed to remove deformative cartons reduced from 5.7 min to 0.4 min.This technology supports the reduction of spare parts loss and promotes the maintenance efficiency of cigarette packing equipment.
