乡村振兴视域下广西县域城镇化发展的困境与推进路径

摘　　要：县域城镇化是新型城镇化的重要内容,乡村振兴为新型城镇化提供支撑。基于乡村振兴视角,对广西县域城镇化发展进行了探讨,研究发现,广西县域城镇化率虽稳步提升,但整体偏低,且滞后于广西全区城镇化率。广西城镇化水平在各县域发展不均衡,超一半县域的城镇化率低于广西县域城镇化率平均水平。广西县域城镇化发展面临县域经济规模小、产业结构不够优化,城乡基础设施差距较大、城镇建设投资增长乏力,公共服务供给不平衡和城乡要素流动性不足等问题。对此,应加快县域经济发展、优化升级产业结构,提升基础设施建设投资力度、缩小城乡基础设施差距,推进公共服务供给均等化、促进城乡资源要素合理配置。County urbanization is an important part of new-type urbanization,and rural revitalization provides support for new-type urbanization.Based on the perspective of rural revitalization,the study discusses the development of county urbanization in Guangxi,and finds that although the county urbanization rate in Guangxi has increased steadily,it is generally low and lagging behind the urbanization rate in Guangxi.The urbanization level of Guangxi is not balanced among counties,and the urbanization rate of more than half of the counties is lower than the average level of Guangxi county urbanization rate.The development of county urbanization in Guangxi is faced with such problems as small scale of county economy,insufficient optimization of industrial structure,large gap between urban and rural infrastructure,weak growth of urban construction investment,unbalanced supply of public services and insufficient mobility of urban and rural factors.Therefore,it is necessary to accelerate the development of county economy,optimize and upgrade the industrial structure,increase investment in infrastructure construction,narrow the gap between urban and rural infrastructure,promote the equal supply of public services,and promote the rational allocation of urban and rural resources.
