摘 要:基于土地质量地球化学调查与富硒资源评价项目调查数据,分析研究区内土壤有效态硒含量及其影响因素,结合农作物调查结果,分析富硒土壤的生物有效性。结果表明,研究区土壤有效态硒含量范围在0.006~0.071 mg/kg,平均值为0.018 mg/kg;有效态硒占土壤总硒的比例为1.69%~11.49%;有效态硒含量与土壤硒全量、有机质含量呈现较好的正相关性,与土壤pH值呈弱负相关性。研究区内有发展富硒产业的潜力,其中不同农作物的富硒能力表现为油菜>茶叶>水稻。对比发现,当土壤硒含量>0.3 mg/kg时即可作为开发富硒农作物的潜力区,并通过调整土壤p H、有机质含量增加土壤中有效态硒含量,促进农作物吸收。Based on the survey data of land quality geochemical survey and evaluation of selenium-rich resources,soil available selenium content and its influencing factors were analyzed in the study area,and the bioavailability of selenium-rich soil was analyzed combining with the result of crop investigation.The results showed that the available selenium content of soil in the study area ranged from 0.006 to 0.071 mg/kg,with an average value of 0.018 mg/kg.The proportion of available selenium in total soil was 1.69%~11.49%.Available selenium had a positive correlation with total selenium content and organic matter in soil,and a weak negative correlation with soil pH value.There is potential to develop selenium rich industry in this area,and the selenium rich ability of different crops is rapeseed>tea>rice.It was found that the soil selenium>0.3 mg/kg could be used as a potential area for developing selenium-rich crops,and by artificially adjusting soil pH and organic matter content the content of available selenium in the soil could be increased,promoting crop absorptiou.
