摘  要:针对我国煤矿软岩巷道常规支护方式存在的诸多不足,基于地面大跨度网壳结构的力学原理,设计一种新型三维网壳衬砌结构,并在室内对该三维网壳砌衬结构进行了相似模型试验,结果显示单片模型结构的破坏属于压剪破坏,外荷载接近极限值时,三维网壳支架内主弧筋和次弧筋达到屈服,喷层混凝土达到其强度极限;整架模型结构的承载力达到318 kN,模型结构失稳表现为右直腿被折断,拱顶没有出现破坏,左直腿中间部分出现裂纹。根据室内试验结果将其设计成全封闭的三维网壳锚喷结构,通过数值模拟分析,发现该结构可以很好地改善围岩的应力分布,减少围岩位移量,从而提高结构承载力,确保支护结构的长期稳定性。In view of the shortcomings of conventional support methods in soft rock of coal mine roadway in China,based on the mechanical principle of ground long-span reticulated shell structure,the new three-dimensional reticulated shell lining structure was designed in the research.The mechanical properties and damage development law of the structure were studied through the similar model test of the three-dimensional reticulated shell lining structure.the results showed that the failure of the single model structure belonged to the compression-shear failure,and when the external load was close to the limit,the main and secondary arc tendons in the three-dimensional reticulated shell support yielded,and the sprayed concrete reached its strength limit.The bearing capacity of the whole model structure reached 318kN and the model structure lost stability with the right straight leg of the model broken and cracks in the middle of the left straight leg,however without any damages at the vault of the model.Based on the indoor test,it is designed as a fully closed three-dimensional mesh shell anchor spray structure,and through numerical simulation analysis,it was found that the structure improved the stress distribution of the surrounding rock much and reduced the displacement of the surrounding rock,so as to improve the structural bearing capacity and ensure the long-term stability of the support structure.
