摘　　要：毛泽东对中国社会主义现代化建设事业作出了奠基性贡献,主要体现在六个方面:一是确立了马克思主义的指导地位,奠定了思想基础;二是确立了新中国的政治、经济、文化各领域的制度体系,奠定了制度基础;三是奋力改变了旧中国“一穷二白”的落后面貌,奠定了物质技术基础;四是强调“人是要有一点精神的”,奠定了民族精神重塑基础;五是提出一系列国际战略思想,奠定了国际地位基础;六是进行马克思主义与中国实际的“第二次结合”,奠定了认识社会主义建设规律的基础。Mao Zedong’s fundamental contributions to China’s socialist modernization cause are mainly as follows:first,he established the guiding position of Marxism,laying the theoretical foundation;second,he established political,economic,and cultural systems in the People’s Republic of China,laying the institutional foundation;third,he strove to put an end to the poverty and backwardness of old China,laying the material and technological foundations;fourth,he stressed that man must have a certain revolutionary spirit,promoting the reconstruction of the national spirit;fifth,he put forward a series of thoughts on international strategy,consolidating China’s international standing;and sixth,he proposed a second round of efforts to apply Marxism to China’s realities,promoting the understanding of the laws underlying the development of socialism.
